Certified Food Managers Certification Training

This is a course that is offered in a one day or two day setting. The course includes up to date information in Food Safety and Sanitation, Flow Food and HACCP, and Managing the Operation.

The class includes ANSI-CFP accredited Certified Professional Food Manager examination ServSafe or Prometrics.

The coursebook “Food Safety: It’s Our Business” is included in the course.

Upon passing the examination, the certification will be good for 5 years.

The next class will be Monday, November 25. This will be a one day hour course with the ServSafe exam being given at the end of the day .
