Certified Food Managers Class and Exam
This is a course that is offered in a one day or two day setting. The course includes up to date information in Food Safety and Sanitation, Flow Food and HACCP, and Managing the Operation.
The class includes ANSI-CFP accredited Certified Professional Food Manager examination ServSafe or Prometrics.
The course book “Food Safety: It’s Our Business” is included in the course.
Upon passing the examination, the certification will be good for 5 years.
For ServSafe you must make a 75 to pass. For Prometrics you must make a 70.

The next class is March 30, 2021. Class will begin at 8:00 a.m. This will be a one day 8 hour course with the ServSafe exam being given at the end of the day .

Proctoring Certified Food Managers Exam
If you only need to take the exam for your CFM Certification, you can call the Parker County Extension Office to set a time to take the exam. The exams can be proctored for paper exams and online exams. Contact our office for more information.
