The Parker County Extension Education Association meets in October, December, February, April and June on the 1st Thursday at 10:00 a.m. The meetings are held at the Parker County Agricultural Service Center that is located at 604 North Main St., in Weatherford, Texas. Representation of all the Parker County Extension Education Clubs are encouraged. All Extension Education Club members and guest are welcome to attend these meetings.
The objective of these meetings are:
- To develop leadership and organizational skills.
- To serve as a means of communication and cooperation between groups and individuals interested in the researched based educational experiences offered through the Texas Extension Education organization. Texas Extension Education Clubs are open to all ages regardless of socio-economic levels, race, color, sex, creed, religion, national origin or disability.

2014-2015 Parker County Extension Association Committees and Chairmen
Cultural Arts and International Understanding – This committee plans countywide events and trips. Their main programs include: Home for the Holidays and the Recognition Tea.
Public Policy – This committee promotes Extension Education Club work. They are involved in organizing new clubs, plan officer installation and leadership kick-off events.
4-H – This committee is involved in supporting and promoting 4-H Club work
Benevolence – This committees keeps up on the health and well-being of Association members and their families and sends out cards and condolences.
Finance & Fund Development – This committee audits the books, plans and implements fund raising events including Spring Fling.
Programs – This committee is responsible for compiling the yearbook, set dates and programs for the upcoming year.
